What is Generation City?

Generation City is a ministry for middle & high school students who want more than just another event to attend. This is a place where students can have fun, build strong friendships, ask honest questions, and be challenged to follow Jesus in real life.

We are passionate about helping students take ownership of their faith. That means we do not just want students to show up. We want them to know God, understand His Word, grow in spiritual maturity, and live body for Christ at home, at school, online, and everywhere else.

Whether your student has grown up in church, is brand new to faith, or is still figuring out what they believe, Generation City is a place where they can belong and take a next step.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple:

ENGAGE students where they are at.

EQUIP students for where they could be.

EMPOWER students to live their lives for Jesus.

That means we meet students in the middle of real life, help them grow in truth and character, and call them to become young men and women who live with courage, conviction, and faith.

What can a new student expect?

When your student comes to Generation City, they can expect a welcoming environment, fun energy, strong relationships, biblical teaching, and leaders who genuinely care.

A typical night includes:
-Time to hangout and connect

-Games, fun, and a high-energy environment

-Worship and a clear, Bible-centered message

-Small group conversation with leaders and students their age

-A safe place to ask questions and grow

We work hard to make sure students have a place where they can laugh, learn, build friendships, and be challenged in their walk with Jesus.

Why Generation City Matters

We believe these years matter. Middle school and high school are not just a phase to survive. They are formative years where identity, character, worldview, and faith are being shaped.

Our heart is to help students become more than church attenders. We want to help them become followers of Jesus who know what they believe, live it with courage, and reflect Christ in the way they think, speak, and live.

For Parents

We want parents to know what is happening and feel confident about where their students are spending their time. Generation City exists to partner with families, not replace them.

Our desire is to create a ministry environment that is safe, biblical, encouraging, and intentional. We want to help students grow in their faith and help parents stay informed about the events, teaching, and opportunities happening throughout the ministry.

We'd love to meet your student! Whether your student is ready to jump in or just checking things out, Generation City is a place where they can belong, grow, and encounter Jesus. Come visit this week, register ahead of time, or reach out with any questions. We would love to help your family get connected.
